Pointe Level Technique

No, this class is not suitable for beginners. The Pointe Level Technique Class is designed specifically for experienced dancers who are already at a pointe level and are looking to refine their technique, strength, and artistry.

Wear proper pointe shoes, tights, and a leotard for this class. A ballet skirt is also okay, but not required at all. You may also bring any supportive accessories you typically use for pointe work, such as toe pads or ribbons, to ensure comfort and safety during technique-focused training.

Bring your pointe shoes, any necessary toe pads or foot accessories, and water. You may also want to bring a towel and any personal support items you typically use for pointe work.

We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your first class begins. This will give you a chance to meet your teacher and get familiar with the studio.
