We offer ballet-inspired barre classes designed to build long, lean muscle, improve strength and flexibility, and enhance posture—all in a supportive, low-impact environment. Our classes blend classical ballet technique with modern fitness principles to create a full-body workout that is effective and accessible.

This class combines classical ballet training with modern exercise principles, offering a full-body workout that improves posture, builds grace, and emphasizes core strength, flexibility, and toning. What sets it apart from other Barre classes is the focus on traditional ballet movements, taught by a ballet instructor with over two decades of experience. Each class is tailored to all fitness levels, ensuring precise guidance for both seasoned dancers and beginners.

This is a gentle, restorative class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and core strength through ballet-inspired movement. This low-impact format emphasizes deep stretching, controlled core work, and mindful transitions to help lengthen muscles, improve posture, and increase body awareness. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is ideal for beginners, active recovery days, or anyone looking to strengthen their core while moving with grace and intention.

Our specialized technique class is for pointe-level dancers seeking to refine their skills and artistry. With a focus on mastering pointe technique, strength, and control, this class features a variety of guest instructors who offer diverse insights and teaching styles to enhance technical proficiency and artistic expression.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in, e.g., pants, leggings, or capris, a workout tank or t-shirt, and socks. Tights, leotard, and a ballet skirt are also okay, but not required at all.
We’ll have all the equipment you’ll need at the studio, so just bring a pair of socks, water, a towel, and a positive attitude.
We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your first class begins. This will give you a chance to meet your teacher and get familiar with the studio.
Ballet Barre and Ballet Stretch and Core are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Your instructor will help you modify movements and exercises based on your experience and comfort level. Your instructor is there to provide the guidance you need to help you feel confident, safe, and supported throughout class.
Pointe Level Technique is designed specifically for experienced dancers who are already at a pointe level and are looking to refine their technique, strength, and artistry.
Ballet Barre is a full-body workout that blends ballet-inspired movements with strength training and endurance work to tone and sculpt muscles.
Ballet Stretch and Core focuses more on flexibility, mobility, and deep core strengthening, offering a slower-paced class with extended stretching and targeted abdominal work. It’s a great complement to Barre or a standalone option for recovery and core engagement.
